Chapter 763: Chapter 761-Guess That's That.
The land of storms, lightning, and constant fall, the world where the bird monsters of death, destruction, and storm brought death everywhere, roamed. For the first time in a long time, the realm had its greatest storm ever, a single storm making the rest of the beasts fall to their knees and pay their respect.
Quetzalcoatl, often called the Winged Serpent of the Horizon, his serpentine body shimmered with the hues of both dawn and dusk, and his wings-vast, feathered, and radiant-spanned the horizon like a living storm front. His eyes burned like twin suns, embodying the very cycle of day and night, life and death.
Unlike the Kraken, who ruled the depths, Quetzalcoatl soared between realms, controlling the forces of wind, thunder, and storms. His very presence could summon hurricanes, and his roar shook the skies with the fury of a thousand thunderstorms. Yet, he wasn't merely a destructive force-he brought life-giving rain to the land and wielded the power of the wind to cleanse the earth, much like how the Phoenix brought rebirth through fire.
And now, once again, after going to his sleep, the beast had awakened. Quetzalcoatl opened his eyes to gaze at the very familiar aura he was extremely familiar with, his eyes flashing with the competitive streak he was well known for, gazing into the depths of the beautiful beast standing taller than any mountain. With a flash, Quetzalcoatl was close to the field, having bridged the gaps of speed beyond comprehension.
The beasts, having taken their human form so as not to crush the atmosphere around them, floated above, their eyes focusing on the scene below, with the exception of the lazy-bones Kraken, no doubt still cooling within the ocean, too lazy to move so suddenly, the beast being like the ocean as it moved with the waves.
The three beasts of the Dragon God, Phoenix and Quetzalcoatl, looked down at the beast from above, their presence even hidden within the veil of space, twisting the forms and powers around the world. Now Fenrir named as Luna, she stood there tall and stronger than ever, not even minding her old friends who had come to see her.
Luna was waiting. She was waiting for the one person she had been fighting for all this time, and the moment her desires were spread out, within that moment, she got back her answer- the same desire of her companion desired for her too. That was all the permission she needed to raze everything in front of her. Before she could move, the Dragon God spoke.
"Fenrir, wait. The world has changed. You just can't go about doing what you want anymore. Listen and know the world first!"
The Dragon God called out, each of the beasts in their human-like form, hidden within a mist of darkness. Their true human form could not be seen, but it existed, and the Dragon God's words were indeed quite right. But to Luna, who just wanted to meet back with Austin, those were the words of her enemy, stopping her.
But her mind wasn't out of it, and feeling the emotions of care, Luna took control of herself for the moment and gave the reply.
"I have what I want to do, something I have to do, and anyone standing in my way to reach my destination will be declared as my enemy."
Her mouth in her wolf form did not move, but the world gave out its message, and the message itself devastated the whole place around Luna. The danger in her voice was ever- present as she gave her warning, and the three felt it, too. If they are to stand in Luna's way now, they will no doubt be her enemy, past friend or not.
"Fenrir, there have been rules set after that war, rules that forbid us from simply interfering in the lives of mortals, rules that bind us from senseless killing. You break that, then you will face the wrath of the Supremes."
Quetzalcoatl spoke, its rough voice like the storms, pushing and destroying everything. But once again, those were the words of an enemy, as Luna simply replied.
"Then let them come. I am quite hungry, after all!"
The tone destroyed more of the world around, the will present pushing against the three, who understood that trying to stop Luna would only lead to a battle that would affect the world as a whole. Thus, the Phoenix, who actually admires Luna, and the two even consider each other family, spoke.
"You can go, but don't destroy everything in the path ahead. Just tell me, where are you going?"
To this question, Luna didn't waste any time yet showed them the destination, the free city's location spreading forth, to which the three of them turned silent. The place built as the sanctuary of the peaceful world, and the place whose fall would lead towards a war that cannot be stopped at all-a place that cannot fall.
The three silent ones looked at each other as the Phoenix spoke.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
"Fenrir, come with me. Let's talk about the past, about how you came back, and more."
But to Luna, any more words sounded stupid and useless. While she cared for the Phoenix, right now, all she wanted was to jump into Austin's embrace and ruffle her furr against him. Thus, the might of the wolf, that great god, started to cover over Luna, the power of End she had eaten from her creator wrapping around her.

The three beasts of the divine had to take a step back, their wavering eyes focusing on the end that could even end them, as Luna took a step forward. The moment she did, she appeared at the top of the greatest and biggest city in the world, spreading the size of a continent floating between the two realms and the connector waters. The moment Luna appeared, the city turned dead.
The citizens that walked around, the people that walked around, the top 1% that walked around, the hidden rulers that walked around, the geniuses that think they are above the world, the darkness that is trying to take over the world hiding in the dark, the monsters of the world, leaders that guide the world-all of them stopped moving. It wasn't that they wanted to stop, it was just the fact that they couldn't move at all.
The shadow of the greatest wolf fell under the city. Even with the size of a continent floating in the sky, Babylon City could only be sucked up like a rat caught by a mouse, the figure of Luna floating over the city covered over it entirely, her head itself being seen by everyone as those eyes that once ravaged with hunger and death looked deeply into the city.
And for the first time, every single person in the city at that single moment felt death approaching them, a death that they could not stop, a death that they could not even begin to understand, death that they could not even begin to think of resisting. In the end, at this moment, none of their lives was their own-it belonged to Luna, gazing down at them. And the moment they all felt death gaze at them, the feeling disappeared as it came. The humanoid figure that loomed over them disappeared, the three godly beasts that had come to stop them looking forth with narrowed and shocked eyes, the gods above that were going to respond, shocked yet understandingly looking forth, their curiosity now higher than ever. The defence system that was trembling, trying to activate, disappeared, the monsters that were thinking of taking a stand were left in the dust. Many didn't know what even happened. To the ones who understood, the situation only became even more confusing, and to the ones who could see the whole story, the situation only became even more intriguing.
The whole world stopped in silence for a moment, after which the biggest shock they had ever been through started to flow through their lives-the truth that their lives weren't their own, reminding them the truth that it could have been taken away at that moment setting in. And along with it, the desire to know what had happened.
The whole world was thrown into a shock that it couldn't deal with, and everyone wanted answers. What the hell had happened? To the ones that couldn't see the whole picture, all they felt was the howl, the image that was drawn in their mind, and then the deadly wolf that almost took their life away. So, all of them wanted answers.
From the highest to the lowest part of the world, every place was called into emergency. Everyone wanted the answers, and sadly, not everyone would get them.
While the world burned in the background from this situation, the one that caused this was lovingly ruffling the hair of the most dangerous beast in existence.
